Any dates between December 21st - 26th, 2022 20 minutes 20 images online gallery Location of choice in the Port Hardy area $375 +tax The retainer of $100 is due within the 24 hours after you receive your invoice. I will invoice you within 24 hours once you've signed up. The retainer can be sent by email money transfer to email@example.com. If for any reason you cannot show up for your session, the retainer is non-refundable but you can transfer the session to a friend for the same date and time. The remaining amount is due before your session starts. If for any reason the weather is too terrible to shoot in, money will be refunded or put towards a future session with a new signed amendment contract. Watch for any other info & updates in your emails.
The charges associated with this contract are based on Kimberley Kufaas Photography Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. Dates will be considered booked once a $100.00 CDN non-refundable retainer and signed contract are received. Retainer will be applied to your package total, and the remaining balance will be due before the session starts. Balance unpaid is subject to a $25.00 per week Late Fee. Payments can be made via cash, check, email money transfer, and PayPal. All PayPal payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. All payments, and retainers including those made by the client, or on the client’s behalf by another party, are final and non-refundable. If the session date is changed or canceled for any reason within six months of the session Date, the client understands and agrees that Kimberley Kufaas Photography will still be paid the remaining balance. Cancellations outside of six months from the event date are not required to pay the remaining balance. Should the client reschedule the session; Kimberley Kufaas Photography has the right to charge a rebooking fee of up to 50% of the contract price.
